Richard Laager f110d52486 Debian Bullseye: Fix issue with zed steps
Running "zfs set canmount=off rpool/ROOT/debian" causes the root
filesystem to be remounted read-only.  I have no idea why, but that's
mostly beside the point.

I have no idea why I added these commands in the first place.  The
other guides were not this way.  These steps showed up in the initial
add of the Bullseye instructions.

Install Prerequisites

The dependencies are available via pip::

   # For Debian based distros
   sudo apt install python3-pip
   # For RPM-based distros
   sudo yum install python3-pip
   # For openSUSE
   sudo zypper in python3-pip

   pip3 install -r docs/requirements.txt
   # Add ~/.local/bin to your $PATH, e.g. by adding this to ~/.bashrc:
   PATH=$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH

Build
~~~~~

   cd docs
   make html
   # HTML files will be generated in: _build/html
