Richard Laager 7c4861e911 Debian/Ubuntu: Add Ubuntu 20.04 ...

I have backported some of the cosmetic and other minimal changes to
Ubuntu 18.04 and Debian Buster.  This keeps the deltas as small as
reasonably possible.
