Richard Laager 2e63f173d2 Ubuntu 20.04: Add a note about swap size ...

This now mentions that the user might want to customize the swap size.
It also specifically mentions hibernation and the requirement to size
the swap at least as large as the system RAM.

Note: I have not tested hibernation.
