Tony Hutter 2d636cb596 Use universal zfs-release RPM (#325) ...

We now have universal zfs-release RPMs that will work for all
version of either Fedora or RHEL/CentOS:

https://github.com/zfsonlinux/zfsonlinux.github.com/pull/67

Update the docs to point to the new RPMs.
