Boot environment manager
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

A boot environment is a dataset which contains a bootable
instance of an operating system.

Install ``bieaz`` from COPR. Optionally install ``python3-dnf-plugin-rozb3`` from COPR
for dnf integration.
