Add Fedora Root on ZFS support (#177)

* Add support for Fedora Root on ZFS

* use /usr/sbin/zfs

* 2.0.5 is now available with support for latest kernel

* require cryptsetup.target before mounting swap

* disable sshd

* fedora redirect
