Remove unneeded rpm --import <key>

RPM will prompt to install our signing key, so no need to manually import it:

Removing the line also gets around the problem of the key being renamed from `RPM-GPG-KEY-zfsonlinux` -> `RPM-GPG-KEY-openzfs`
