Various Windows Build Fixes

* Fix #1846, kdbx is registered to KeePassXC with
an icon (locked database icon)
* Fix #2489, OpenSSL and Crypto libraries are packaged
to support https connections
* Fix minor typo in KeeShare (missing "?")
